Lepet, The special Food of Idul fitri in Banjar Agung, Tegal, Indonesia

Lepet is a special Food made in several villages in Tegal regency, central java, Indonesia. The picture below is the photo of "lepet" made by my mother living in Banjaragung, a village which belongs to Tegal regency, Central Java, Indonesia.
This food is made to celebrate the Moslem great moment of Idul Fitri. We cannot find this food out of Idul fitri.

The picture above is "Cooked Lepet" which is ready to be eaten,while the picture below is the "raw Lepet".

This food is made of sticky rice called "Beras ketan" by Javanese people, mixed with coconut (javanese called "Parutan kelapa), and wrapped with young leaf of coconut (called "Janur" by Javanese people). This food is boiled for about 12 hours.
