Ingredients
U-D Nonfat Milk, Lactose, High-Oleic Safflower Oil, Soy Oil, Coconut Oil, Whey Protein Concentrate, Less Than 2% of: C. Cohnii Oil (A Source of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), M. Alpina Oil (A Source of Arachidonic Acid (ARA), Potassium Citrate, Calcium Carbonate, Ascorbic Acid, Potassium Chloride, Choline Bitartrate, Magnesium Chloride, Choline Chloride, Ferrous Sulfate, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Taurine, M-Inositol, D-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate, L-Carnitine, Mixed Tocopherols, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Sulfate, Niacinamide, Calcium Pantothenate, Cupric Sulfate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Thiamine Chloride Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Beta-Carotene, Folic Acid, Manganese Sulfate, Phylloquinone, Biotin, Sodium Selenate, Vitamin D3, Cyanocobalamin and Nucleotides (Adenosine 5-Monophosphate, Cytidine 5-Monophosphate, Disodium Guanosine 5-Monophosphate, Disodium Uridine 5-Monophosphate).

Directions
Add water before feeding. Directions for Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following these easy directions. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) water for formula and bottle preparations. Pour desired amount of warm water into bottle; Add powder; Cap bottle, shake very well, attach nipple; After feeding, throw away any formula remaining in bottle. To Make 2 fl oz Bottle: 2 fl oz water, 1 unpacked level scoop (8.5 g) powder (Use enclosed scoop to measure); To Make 4 fl oz Bottle: 4 fl oz water, 2 unpacked level scoops powder; To Make 6 fl oz Bottle: 6 fl oz water, 3 unpacked level scoops powder; To Make 8 fl oz Bottle: 8 fl oz water, 4 unpacked level scoops powder. To make a larger amount of formula, using a standard measuring cup, add 1 unpacked, level cup (not the enclosed scoop) of powder (100 g) to 23 fl oz of water. To maintain freshness, pour prepared formula into individual feeding bottles, cap and store in refrigerator. Yields approximately 26 fl oz of formula. When mixed as directed, the contents of this can (728 g of Powder) will make approximately 190 fl oz of formula. Storage: Store prepared individual feeding bottles in refrigerator and use within 48 hours. Cover opened cans and store in a cool dry area (not in refrigerator). Use contents within 1 month. Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
