Rendang, The Hot delicious Food from Padang

Rendang is special food from Padang. Padang is a city in west Sumatra, one of the big islands in Indonesia. This is hot food made of meat (beef or chicken)with the ingredients which grow in Indonesia such as kunyit, salam leaf, red big chilly,ginger, garlic, shallot, clove leaf, and coconut milk. Although this food is from Padang in Sumatra island, it is popular in other cities , even in other cities in other islands in Indonesia.
