This is a great price for Alba 77 but unfortunately, this is not Alba's best flavor. The Alba Double Fudge Royal Fit & Frosty Shake Mix which I've found many times on Amazon but at a greater cost because it's not Amazon's direct product. Delivery and ease of ordering, etc. are terrific. I use the Alba 77 with Milk in a blender and it gets frothy. Good source of Calcium too!

Water is so good for us, but so boring. If you are trying to increase your consumption of water, try a little of this in the water.

This product can also be used to make an Italian soda (a little syrup, a little cream, and some sparkling water). Another yummy treat, if only they made a fat free cream it would be perfect. I have not tried to make an Italian soda using the Land-O-Lakes Fat Free half and half but it should work.

I brewed my normal amount and WOW! What a jolt! Like drinking espresso. Quite tasty...a bit too hearty at that strength but it will last longer now that I know to reduce the amount that I grind for each pot.
