Gudeg, spicy Food from Yogyakarta
Yogyakarta is a city in Java Island in Indonesia. Yogyakarta has some titles namely cultural city, education city, and gudeg city. It is known as cultural city because Yogyakarta becaomes the center of culture. Yogyakarta has several ancient historical sites such as keraton (sultan palace), prambanan temple, and Borobudur temple. This city is known as education city because Yogya becomes the destination city of education. many people like to study in Yogyakarta because it has good schools, universities, or other educational institution. Yogyakarta is also well known as gudeg city because Yogyakarta has specific spicy food called Gudeg. Gudeg is a kind of food made of young jack fruit mixed with coconut milk, and a lot of favorite Indonesian spice.
Bakso, Spicy food from Indonesia

Indonesia is a country with thousands of islands. Indonesia is also rich for kinds of food. One kind of food from Indonesia is called Bakso. Bakso is food made of blended meat, especially beef mixed with flour and spices such as garlic, onion, pepper, formed like small balls such as pingpong balls, and tennis balls (the maximum size). It is commonly consumed with noodles in kuah (a kind of gravy). In indonesia especially in Java island, we can find bakso easily. There are also bakso sellers who come to our house. This is popular food because It is delicious. Therefore whoever comes to Indonesia must try this food.
Rendang, The Hot delicious Food from Padang
Rendang is special food from Padang. Padang is a city in west Sumatra, one of the big islands in Indonesia. This is hot food made of meat (beef or chicken)with the ingredients which grow in Indonesia such as kunyit, salam leaf, red big chilly,ginger, garlic, shallot, clove leaf, and coconut milk. Although this food is from Padang in Sumatra island, it is popular in other cities , even in other cities in other islands in Indonesia. We can find Rendang in eating stalls or restorants especially the eating stalls or restotants named Masakan Padang.
